CSI-NC Desk Appraisal fee is $275.00 and includes CARFAX report, NADA Value, appraiser's consultation via phone or email throughout claim process and negotiating with the auto insurer's dis-interested appraiser to  reach an agreement of  amount  of loss. 

CSI-NC Total Loss Evaluation Desk Appraisal fee is $375.00 which includes CARFAX report, NADA Value, market search for comparative vehicles, appraiser's consultation via phone or email throughout claim process and negotiating with the auto insurer's dis-interested appraiser to reach an agreement of amount of loss. If inspection of vehicle is needed a travel fee to inspect vehicle being appraised is $1.00 per mile round trip. If you first wish to see where you stand on your claim, for $75.00 we will do a claim review to see if the auto insurer's offer is undervalued or reasonable. If you wish to continue the $75.00 will be deducted from the $375.00 fee.

Questions we will be asking you about your total loss claim, so please help us with the following:

  1. Year, Make and Model?

  2. Do you have pictures of damage?

  3. Did you buy your vehicle new or used?

  4. Has vehicle been in a prior accident?

  5. Who is the insurance company you have your claim with?

  6. Did auto insurer make you an offer verbally or in writing? If so how much?

  7. Do you have collision insurance?

  8. Do you have Gap Insurance?

  9. Do you have custom accessories on your vehicle and do you have receipts?

  10. Did you do any serious maintenance repairs? (motor ,transmission, rear end)

 

Are you in need of an appraiser(s) for your vehicle indemnity bond? Do you know the steps to take to get your bond? The indemnity bond is written by an insurance company and you do not really need a new/used car dealer for an appraisal. Also we can connect you with the second needed appraiser too! Desk appraisal is $275.00 for first appraisal. second appraisal is $200.00.   • Complete copy of the NCDMV inspector’s report,

  • Pictures of the right and left side, front end, rear end, under the hood/engine, complete interior of the vehicle and miles showing on the odometer.

  • Vehicle Manufacturer Name

  • Vehicle Year Model & Model Name

  • Original VIN or NCDMV VIN if new number has been issued

  • License Tag number if applicable

  • Reading of miles,

  • Chassis / Frame: If original or custom frame

  • Engine: Original or custom

  • Transmission:

  • Brakes/ Rear Drive:

  • Exterior Color: Interior / Color:

  • Dash Panel Components: Original / Custom
